Credit Card Payments

If you paid with a credit card, we will refund any product that has been untampered with if returned within 14 business days upon receiving the product. We would refund your purchase amount (less the shipping costs) to the same card. We will credit your account within 14 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account and will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

Direct Bank Transfers

A full product refund will be issued within 7 days of the product returned to The Herbal Antidote.   We will send a check to the shipping address you provide for the refund within seven days.
