Sleep is one of the most shared challenges we collaborate with our customers to improve. It is epidemic how badly most Americans are sleep deprived. The most common challenges we hear from our customers:

  • Insomnia
  • “I can’t turn my mind off at night”
  • Stress-related to work or personal challenges
  • Too much alcohol to “assist” with sleeping
  • Too much caffeine during the day

 

Our Antidote for Sleep challenges have helped so many of our customers improve their sleep patterns or in some cases stop taking sleep medication. We have had our customers report improved REM sleep and sleeping through the night regularly when using our products.
